Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Construction management of an investment project
  • Responsibility for safety, quality, cost and schedule of construction
  • Development of construction concept and execution strategy
  • Leading of the construction management team
  • Coordination of all works on construction site
  • Briefing all members of a project about the project status
  • Good knowledge of Bayer Group- and subgroup best practices relevant for the discipline and implement them in the project

 

 

Who you are

 

  • University degree (Master or Bachelor) in engineering or equivalent
  • Several years professional work experience in construction of investment projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge in the area of LifeScience and Pharmaceuticals
  • Expertise with contract- and contractor management
  • Good communication skills as well as a good customer focus
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
  • Goal-oriented in approach to work and enthusiastic about working in a team
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
