Intern at Bayer Foundation (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
- Support the planning and implementation of the scientific portfolio of the Bayer Foundation
- Further development of the operational performance of selected programmes
- Independent preparation, analysis, and documentation of different data sets as well as proactive implementation of own tasks
- Supporting communication activities with regard to relevant content (including web design, content management and social media)
- Support on additional programme-relevant concepts as well as their implementation in close coordination with the programme managers (m/f/d)
WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in an economics or natural science degree programme or in another relevant field
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Quick learner, openness, and interest in cross-functional, demanding challenges
- Passion for science and global sustainability goals
- Analytical and conceptual strength (especially with regard to visualising quantitative and qualitative data)
- High level of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges in an agile environment
- Fluent in English; both written and spoken, fluent in German; both written and spoken is an advantage
