HR Specialist - Cross-Border Workforce Assignment Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will provide continuous support to our assignees and their families and be the first point of contact (m/f/d) for employees, managers,
HR Business Partners and local HR departments of all Bayer divisions in all Cross-Border Workforce-related questions and topics - Through regular exchange, you understand and implement the needs of assignees and stakeholders, thereby contributing to a positive Cross-
Border Workforce experience of the Bayer assignees during the entire assignment cycle - You will always have an eye on ensuring compliance with international corporate and mobility guidelines
- Proactively manage assignment-related deadlines, taking into account country-specific circumstances
- You are responsible for the coordination and cooperation with all internal and external interfaces, e.g. HR departments, relocation providers and
compliance service providers and foster collaboration and hands-on mentality with all Cross-Border Workforce-related roles
(consultants, AM, RM, CM) and functions (HR Solutions, GPO, LMC, etc.) - You will be available to provide guidance to stakeholders on compensation packages, such as salary calculation and cost estimation
- Support critical engagements with high business criticality (e.g. confidential, top management or corporate moves, etc.) and if necessary, you
participate in escalation management - You ensure knowledge management in the team and become part of different mobility projects (e.g. Employee/Assignee Journey, digitalization,
process optimization etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
- You have completed your university studies in business administration/HR or have completed a commercial apprenticeship with several years
of working experience - In your previous professional experience, you have gained specific knowledge in dealing with operative HR processes and knowledge in the area
of Cross-Border Workforce Assignment Management - Ideally, you have knowledge of international labor law as well as social security and tax regulations and have already worked in an international
environment - You have excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills and you know how to prioritize your tasks according to their prioritize and
complete your tasks according to their urgency - High level of empathy and intercultural competence combined with strong professionalism in dealing with different stakeholders
- You are a team player (m/f/d) and maintain open communication with your customers and build sustainable relationships
- You take a proactive approach to critical escalations and mediate between internal and external stakeholders
- We are looking for someone (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality who questions the status quo and drives change
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
