Full Stack Web Developer (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will lead the development of both, front-end applications and back-end services, which will support our IoT, computer vision, machine learning and big data activities
- Design and develop full stack web applications by evaluating, prototyping and implementing scalable solutions
- Work in a cross functional SCRUM team with end-to end-product responsibility
- Interact with a team of developers, data scientists, agronomists and engineers that solve real world problems in farming
- You will leverage a state-of-the-art technology stack and access to consultants, training and conferences to deepen your expertise, continuously develop your skills and leverage your knowledge for our products
- Ensure a fast delivery pipeline by following current practices of CI/CD
- Design and implement infrastructure as code, test automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring solutions following DevOps practices
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics or related fields
- Working experience in developing full stack web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) including automation such as Grunt, Gulp, Brunch, etc.
- Experienced in developing REST APIs with Python, Java etc. and strong knowledge of standards like HTML5, CSS3, browser API's, OAuth and web security
- Experienced with SQL, relational and non-relational databases
- Experienced with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and serverless computing
- Experienced with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, test automation, continuous delivery and monitoring
- Experienced with software testing and practices like TDD, Unit-, End2End-testing and testing frameworks
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
