Safety & Pharmacokinetics Coordination Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Plan and perform internal/external studies (e.g. design/timing, CRO selection, monitoring, budget planning) within a research project
  • Write, review and edit study protocols, amendments and final study reports under guidance of a PK Research Manager or lab leader
  • Support preparation of appropriate contracts with (external) service suppliers and support the payment process
  • Support the organization and conduct of in-vitro and ex-vivo laboratory activities in the fields of the indication areas as well as PK in-vivo studies in rodent and non-rodent species
  • Represent the department in project team meetings, organize sub-team meetings, investigator meetings, project teleconference calls and similar related project communication activities
  • Support the Research Managers by preparing information/presentations like graphs and slide decks for internal or external meetings


Who you are

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (m/f/d) or a doctorate in biology/biochemistry with first experiences preferred in the animal health area
  • Ability to handle changing work load and work effectively in teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at any time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with various computer programs, such as spread sheets, word processing, graphics/statistics, presentation packages and electronic communications
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and to embrace change
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken


This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
