Pharmacokinetic Scientific Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Independent planning and initiation of internal and external pharmacokinetic studies (in vitro/in vivo) within veterinary drug development projects in the early and late research phases: design of GLP / non-GLP studies, timing, CRO selection, monitoring, budget
  • Independent authoring, correction and editing of study protocols, study reports and superordinate regulatory documents
  • Support in the creation of contracts with external service providers and control of the underlying agreements (eg payments, deadlines) according to the contractual target agreements
  • Supporting the PK team in the preparation of study information, evaluations (including PK / PD and PBPK modeling), assessments, graphics and presentations
  • Represent the department in project teams, organize sub-team meetings
  • Network activities with internal or external scientists and research institutions


Who you are

  • Doctorate (veterinary medicine, biology, biochemistry or equivalent)
  • Experience in project work in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably veterinary drug development) in the field of pharmacokinetics
  • Ability to effectively work in teams under changing workloads
  • Ability to successfully perform different and diverse tasks in a reasonable time
  • Very good analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various computer programs, such as word processing and presentation programs, modeling programs, graphics / statistics
  • Ability to question the status quo and take on changes
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German both written and spoken


This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
