Quality Officer as Qualified Person (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the market release decision as Qualified Person (QP)
  • Act as authorized representative in combination with market release of finished products for EU and worldwide export
  • Review of product quality reviews, annual product reviews and Continuous Process Verification (CPV) reports
  • Review and approve stability reports as well as validation protocols and reports
  • Check and approve operative documents
  • Review and authorize reworking and repackaging applications as well as edit and confirm quarantine shipment agreements
  • Support Head of QA regarding e.g. implementing and maintaining the relevant GMP rules and Bayer`s internal Compliance Management System
  • Promote the operative processes to digital solutions including the Laboratory-Information-Management-System

 

Who you are

  • Pharmacist (m/f/d) with at least two years of Quality Control experience at a manufacturing site for medicinal products
  • Qualification as Qualified Person according to German Drug Law, Directive 2001/83/EC and/or Directive 2001/82/EC
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control
  • Excellent knowledge in validation (production and quality control), stability, deviation management and in general GMP requirements
  • Open mindset and challenging of the status quo in an interface function with high visibility
  • Excellent communication skillset regarding cross-functional and –divisional in multicultural teams
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
