Plant Engineer with focus on clean room technology for liquid and sterile pharmaceuticals (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Be responsible for conceptual planning, installation and enhancement of technical systems
  • Plan and supervise invest- and maintenance budgets
  • Advice supported functions and customers concerning all technological issues and optimisations
  • Manage resources, organise and monitor all maintenance activities including calibration of measuring points
  • Steer and control the essential external services and companies
  • Ensure the implementation of all regulatory, official and internal rules (e.g. environment, plant- and works safety, GMP, etc.)
  • Plan and realise technical investments- and maintenance projects
  • Prepare and conduct negotiations in awards of contracts

 

Who you are

 

  • Master's degree in engineering technology (process technology, mechanical engineering, phamaceutical engineering, etc.) or adequate qualification
  • Several years of professional experience within chemical/pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge within the fields of pharmaceutical production technology, aseptic processes and design of aseptic systems, qualification of process
    and infrastructure systems and process validation
  • Expertise in GLP/GMP, process control systems for chemical and pharmaceutical plants, computer system validation, qualification of electronic systems
    as well as knowledge about safety and environmental protection
  • High engagement and readiness to take on responsibility as well as a high degree of reliability and integrity
  • Good communication and negotiating skills,
  • Enjoying the work in a team
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
