Expert in Solids Processing (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Development and improvement of (production) processes, including design of equipment for solids processing, i.e. equipment for bulk solids
    handling, comminution and related unit operations
  • Elaboration and execution of research and development projects in multidisciplinary teams
  • Shaping of academic cooperations both with regards to content as well as organizational in order to advance the fields of activity covered by ESP
  • Definition and settlement of (project) tasks with Bayer partners
  • Elaboration of proposals for projects as well as planning, coordination and execution of experiments both internal and external plus results-based
    elaboration of solutions in alignment to divisional needs
  • Production of sample quantities and toll manufacturing
  • On-the-job training and functional leadership of newly hired colleagues


Who you are

  • Completed academic studies in the field of solids processing, mechanical process engineering or a similar course of studies with emphasis
    on comminution, solids handling and related unit operations
  • Several years of professional experience in a related field
  • Enhancement of existing competences through systematic training
  • Striving for technical excellence and openness for innovations
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams as well as as well as being open-minded and challenging the status quo
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
