Analytics Translator (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You help business leaders identify and prioritize their business problems, based on which will create the highest value when solved
- As Analytics Translator (m/f/d) you translate these business goals to the data professionals who will create the models and solutions
- You help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights
- Support of decision making by applying advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics to business problems
- You interpret the output of these highly complex analyzes and synthesize the derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on
- You communicate the benefits of these insights to business users to drive adoption
WHO YOU ARE
- Post-graduate degree (Master's/Ph.D) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics/Natural Sciences, Management Science, Finance, etc.)
- Several years of experience, ideally in the field of Business Analytics/Advanced Analytics as well as a pharma background
- Business acumen, i.e., understanding the key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, customer retention etc.
- Good knowledge in the areas of multivariate analysis, predictive modelling clustering and/or classification techniques
- Analysis and modelling skills in R or Python are a great advantage
- You have project management skills and the motivation to constantly expand your field of expertise (especially Advanced Analytics skills)
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken are required
